Founded in 1924, the Toulouse Association for Animal Protection (ATPA-SPA) is a non-profit organization recognized as being of public utility.
As an independent shelter, ATPA-SPA works every day with commitment, humanity, and love for animals to protect, care for, rescue, and find homes for stray, abandoned, or abused animals. Our longevity is proof of our seriousness and resilience.
